A multi-service subscription for financial and ecosystem services with an audience of over 8 million users
A new subscription cancellation flow was designed to highlight the value of the service, the personal benefits for the user, and offer alternatives to cancellation.
The solution reduced the cancellation rate: retention increased from 17% to 43%, and users began to use the services included in the subscription more actively

A family plan for a banking ecosystem subscription that allows users to share services with loved ones
I designed the complete user flow: inviting participants, managing roles and access, and onboarding users who are not yet bank customers. The subscription allows users to add up to 4 family members, including children. One of the key tasks was to create a scenario for inviting users into the ecosystem and the ability to connect minors through their parents’ accounts, so they can become familiar with the bank’s services from an early age

Developed an in-house UI design course for a product team of 30 designers. Together with a colleague, we created a training program that systematizes the key principles of interface design: visual hierarchy, typography, grids, composition, and working with a design system
Later, the course served as the basis for a UI competency matrix, which helped determine designers’ skill levels and establish uniform interface quality standards within the team
